Like all other Scheduly frames, the management feature is very easy to use.

After publishing your business with us and having your clients schedule with you, all you need to do is (a) list your clients and (b) track your upcoming appointments..

• Invite all of your clients to your Scheduly business page. Every client you invite will automatically be added to your business's client list.
• Every client that requests an appointment with you will automatically be listed as well under your client list.
• Let Scheduly automatically send approval notifications.

• Approve appointment requests (for unauthorized clients).
• Cancel existing appointments.
• Block specific time slots.
• Set appointments for clients who still prefer the phone over the malicious web :-)
• With every change of appointment status, you and your client will be notified by e-mail (and soon, by SMS as well if you prefer)..
• Send automatic reminders before the appointments.

  Scheduly Integrates with Your Calendar

Scheduly can integrate with calendars that support the iCal application, so you don’t have to stay logged in to Scheduly in order to be up-to-date with your business appointments. All of your appointments will be exported to your own calendar!

Here are a few examples of the common calendars that support iCal scheme. Most calendars are familiar with iCal so if yours isn't listed, check if it supports iCal.
